Tommy, born in Texas, left his cowboy hat and
boots for shorts and sandals. He has lived in
Costa Rica since 1990 and founded Unique
Services in 2003. Being fluent in both English
and Spanish has helped him learn about the
Costa Rica culture and lifestyle. Experience
with real estate, development, property

Carolina Gomez: Co-Owner/Administrator
Carolina brings knowledge of Costa Rica
from all aspects, that only natives have. Prior
to Unique Services she worked in the Costa
Rican hotel industry and also managed the
Costa Rican office for a world renowned
interior decorator. The experience and
