2007/2008 Rental Rates
Payment Policy: A 50% deposit is required at the time of
reservation, payable by bank wire. The remaining 50%
must be received at least 30 days prior to your scheduled
arrival date.  

Upon check-in, you are required to leave a $1,500 damage
deposit, which will be returned to you upon the successful
inspection of your rental unit.  

Cancellation policy: no refunds will be provided. We will
gladly reschedule your stay if you are unable to adhere to
your original reservation, subject to availability. This credit
must be used within one year of the original check-in date.
Colina:

2 or 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2000 sq ft with a
classical colonial architectural design.

Golf course and mountain views.

Complex has an adult and kid pool, large
jacuzzi, BBQ areas, air conditioned gym
and beautiful landscape. Private parking
and 24 hour security gate entry.

Del Mar:

2 or 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1,700 to 2,200 sq ft
Mediterranean architectural design.

Ocean and Golf course views.

Complex has three swimming pools, sun
deck with shade palapas, BBQ areas, air
conditioned gym, private parking and 24
hour security gate entry.

Veranda:
