Colina Residence:

2 or 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2000 sq ft with a classical colonial architectural design.

Golf course and mountain views.

Complex has an adult and kid pool, large jacuzzi, BBQ areas, air conditioned gym and beautiful landscape. Private parking and 24 hour security gate entry.

Del Mar Residence:

2 or 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1,700 to 2,200 sq ft Mediterranean architectural design.

Ocean and Golf course views.

Complex has three swimming pools, sun deck with shade palapas, BBQ areas, air conditioned gym, private parking and 24 hour security gate entry.

Veranda Residence:

1,2 or 3 bedroom with 1 or 2 bath; 750 to 2,200 sq ft Spanish tropical architectural design.

Complex has five swimming pools, jacuzzis and BBQ areas. Sun Deck with shade palapas, air condition gym, private parking and 24 hour security gate entry.

Marbella Residence:

3 bedroom with 3 1/2 bath; 3200 sq ft Spanish-Mediterranean architectural design.

Ocean, Beach Club and Marina views.

Complex has two swimming pools, jacuzzis, waterfall, BBQ areas, private parking and 24 hour security gate entry.

Bella Vista Residence:

3 bedroom with 3 1/2 bath; 3200 sq ft Spanish-Mediterranean architectural design.

Ocean, Beach Club, Marina and Mountain views.

Complex has access directly to Beach Club and withing walking distance to Marina. Two swimming pools, jacuzzis, waterfall, BBQ areas, private parking and 24 hour security gate entry.

Every unit includes:

  • Fully equipped kitchen with dish washer.
  • Full laundry facilities
  • Cable TV in the living room and master bedroom.
  • Phone for local calls; some units have high speed internet with Vonage U.S. phone service, please request service if desired.
  • Complete set of linens and towels
  • Hot water
  • Quiet central A/C system and ceiling fans.

Payment Policy: A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation, payable by bank wire. The remaining 50% must be received at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.  

Upon check-in, you are required to leave a $1,500 damage deposit, which will be returned to you upon the successful inspection of your rental unit.  

Cancellation policy: no refunds will be provided. We will gladly reschedule your stay if you are unable to adhere to your original reservation, subject to availability. This credit must be used within one year of the original check-in date.
